How Can I Tell if My Computer is Infected?
Here are a few signs that may indicate an infection:
- Popups when you're not browsing the Internet telling you that your computer is infected and that you need to pay to remove the infections.
- Your browser automatically redirects you to a different site from the one you intended to visit.
- Popups showing your personal information and telling you that it's being shared on the Internet.
- Other mysterious automatic changes to your Windows settings.
How We can Help You
There are two ways we can clean your computer:

Use cleanup and removal programs to target the viruses, trojans, and spyware
Since no malware removal program is 100% effective, we use at least five programs to scan for and remove viruses, trojans, and spyware. This provides a 99.99% clean up of your computer. -
Wipe your entire system and reinstall Windows
This gets rid of the viruses, trojans, and spyware and also restores your computer to the way it performed when you first bought it. For most people this means it will perform significantly faster. Any emails, documents, photos, or other files on your computer that you want to save will need to be backed up before the computer is wiped. Also, programs will need to be reinstalled. This option is usually, but not always, more expensive.
